When I began training with Aaron Reed at ASAP Fitness during my sophomore year, I quickly noticed improvement in not only my basketball performance but also my overall level of confidence. Aaron taught me how to be confident in my basketball game and myself as a person. When you walk into the gym door you’ll not only be surrounded by hard working individuals, you’ll also be given the opportunity to form relationships with people around you who are also working to get better. Once I realized what this program was and accepted the hard work I was able to get better and stronger on the court and in my mind, which lead me to the opportunity to play college basketball.
