Aaron graduated from the University of Iowa in December of 2008. He lettered in all four years of track and field there, competing in the long jump, triple jump, 60m dash, and as a part of the 4x100m relay team. Upon Aaron’s departure from the University of Iowa, he was ranked among the top ten all-time performances in the long jump and triple jump, and his 4x100m relay team was a part of the NCAA Division I All-Regional Track and Field Team in 2007. Aaron competed in three years of basketball, four years of football, and three years of track and field at Barrington High School where he was presented the “Male Athlete of the Year” award as a senior, and graduated in 2004. After leaving the University of Iowa, Aaron became an assistant track and field coach at Barrington High School where he coached the jumps and short sprints for the Varsity and Frosh-Soph levels, and has been there since January of 2009. He also took on multiple part-time jobs training at various gyms around the Northwest Suburb areas of Chicago. Shortly after, he took what he learned from training at an elite level as an athlete at Iowa, along with the years of experience he gained from coaching and training after Iowa, and continued on the path of athletic fitness training. With that, ASAP FITNESS was started in the summer of 2011.
Aaron loves to help athletes achieve their highest potential and is able to share years of experience in training at a very high level. He has worked with hundreds of athletes of all ages, preparing them for the next level. Whether it was helping prepare to make the team, gain speed and strength in preparation for the collegiate level, or helping shed weight and get fit, Aaron has succeeded in helping his clients achieve their goals. He believes that athlete or non-athlete, everyone that desires to achieve an athletic or fitness goal can do so with proper instruction and a will to push themselves; mentally and physically. Most importantly, Aaron loves to see the success and the reward from all the hard work and dedication that each and every client puts into their workout program; now and as they progress moving forward.
